Uhm...so it's United Nations day on the 24th of October right? I was thinking of organizing a local Hetalia cosplay/meetup on that day (Filipinos here, please drop by hetalia_ph). But then why keep the fun all to ourselves? Why not share the love? After all, Hetalia is about nations.

I guess what I'm saying is: would anyone be interested in organizing the said event in their own area/country?  Meet with your fellow Hetalia fans, maybe have a marathon of the episodes or cosplay photoshoot - it depends on what you want to do. (It'll be like the International NANA day.)

Hetakaki is having a Halloween-themed banner contest for its website. I'm posting this here because we've had zero entries so far. I wanted to see if anyone else was interested in drawing on the oekaki and/or entering the event.

What is Hetakaki?
Hetakaki is an oekaki solely devoted to drawing Hetalia characters on an oekaki board.

What is oekaki?
Oekaki is an image board where you can draw using your web browser, a mouse or a tablet. Then send the drawings to be displayed for the oekaki community to see and comment on. More info about oekaki on wiki

About this event.
Draw Hetalia characters in a Halloween theme following the guidelines. It must be drawn using the oekaki board. After the 26th voting will begin on all entries. The winning banner will be displayed on the oekaki website.


Event runs: Now - Sept.26th.
Voting: Sept 27th - Oct. 3rd.
Winning banner on display from Oct. 4th - Nov. 7th.
Entry Rules:

* Entry must contain Hetalia character(s) in Halloween theme.
* Entry must be done using the oekaki and posted to the board.
* Entry must have the word "Hetakaki" displayed in the entry.
* The dimensions should be 500(w) x 150(h) or 500(w) x 200(h)
* Entries must be posted before Sept. 26th 2009.

Hello guys~!

So lately I've been in the mood for anything Italian. Spain/Romano, Spain/Italy, or one of my favorites Romano/Italy.
And with a RP like this is going to have to end up being rated "R" or "NC-17" or whatever phrase floats your boat.
I mean come on guys seriously. Country of PASSION.
If you have MSN that would be appreciated mainly because I'm on MSN daily. Like, I have no life.

I'm looking for a Spain roleplayer who is literate and doesn't mind typing out paragraphs if needed.
By literate I mean in third person, like a book, we should know what literate means - thank you.
I can play Romano or Italy but I suck at Spain so yeah~

Also, I'd like it if whoever I roleplay with is friendly, I like to talk randomly and stuff. Yeah. C: 
Take note, I might not ALWAYS feel like RPing but most days I do if I don't have too much homework.

So! If you're interested, send me a message and perhaps an example as you roleplaying as Spain or like a monologue in third person or something.
Then we can work out plot and stuff later c:
