nordipalooza is a relaxed prompt-based fest focused on exploring relationships between the Nordic characters.

Fanworks centred around the themes of family, friendship, rivalry, history, and romance are all encouraged! Both fanfic and fanart are accepted. All pairings are welcome.

Sign ups are open from March 14th to March 31st, and posting will open on May 08. Please join us for our seventh round of this fest!

Hetavision is BACK~

For those of you who don't already know, Hetavision is a party/group chat in which Hetalia come together and watch the Eurovision Song Contest. If you don't know what the Eurovision Song Contest is, it's basically how it sounds; a song contest in Europe but with the participating country's sending in a person or group to represent them.

The First Semi-Final will be on May 10th, 21:00 CEST or here for your time.

Calling all SuFin fans! We're back for our third year! The Surströmmiakki Fest is an event geared towards the creation of fanwork based on prompts. It is open to both artists and writers alike and encourages users to get creative and have fun. This is not an exchange of any kind. If you’ve participated in Nordipalooza, Eastern Euro Funk, and/or the Nordic Romance Fest in the past, this event will be no different for you!

A (late) winter exchange aimed at fans of our favourite dysfunctional comic trio, and all the delectable ways they can be combined. We want to exchange as many Fryingpangle fanworks as we possibly can- and because we’re easy-going types, that means Austria/Hungary, Prussia/Hungary and Prussia/Austria fanworks as well as the whole OT3!

We love Nyotalia as well as the canon characters, and we encourage ANYTHING involving these three! So read up, sign up and saddle up for a (totally late) festive frying extravapanza!

Your wishes have been granted! This year I will be hosting the second annual APH Rarepair Exchange, aimed at satisfying your overlooked-pairing needs this holiday season!

How does it work?

You will be filling out a wishlist form with the pairings you’d like to receive. When partners have been assigned, you will receive someone else’s wishlist. You will then write or draw your partner a gift based on their wishlist. On Christmas Day, your partner will receive your gift from you and you will receive a gift from the person who had your wishlist.

What can I request?

You can request anything and everything from het ships to crack ships. This event is aimed at helping increase the number of fanworks for uncommon ships. All ships will be accepted except for the most popular ones.

When can I sign up?

Sign-ups run from now until November 27th at 11:59pm EST. You should receive your partner’s wishlist a few days later.

How can I track this event?

To keep up with this event, follow or bookmark the blog aphsecretsanta.

Can I enter even if I don't have a tumblr?

Yes! When you submit your sign up form, just be sure to enter a valid email address so I can contact you!

A bit late or early to post now, but I forgot to note you guys yesterday:

The yearly Eurovision-watching-party for Hetalia fans has started! Semifinal 1 was yesterday so that party is already over, but for semifinal 2 and the grand final, separate party posts will be held at

eurotalia as usual!

If you haven't been before, we just live-comment as the show is running and chitchat and have a good time in general -- you can read the comments in last night's post to see how it goes. If you haven't thought about the Hetalia+Eurovision crossover before, here's a Tumblr blog "fuckyeahhetaliaeurovision" and a Hetavision DA group with fanart from previous years!
