Possible news on season five?

I just came across this on Tumblr, and I'm curious if it's official or just a rumor:

- Season 5’s premiere date is January 25, 2013
- All the voice actors of the Allies and Axis are already confirmed to return
- The next Birz comic will contain a new visual of the new season, in color and good quality!
- Volume 5 strips will be included in the new season
- New Hetalia goods will be advertised

I'm hoping it's true, especially the bit about when the next season is set to air. It would really surprise me if they changed the VAs, but it would be nice to have confirmation that they're keeping the same actors.

Sign-ups for the Eastern Europe & Co Winter Santa Exchange will close in only two days! Now is the time to sign up!

The Secret Santa Exchange is focused on the wider so-called "Eastern Europe*" group from the series Axis Powers Hetalia. As such, fanworks with Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Prussia, Hungary, Romania, Finland and Bulgaria as far as they are part of the group are the focus here.
*"Eastern Europe" as it is used in fandom to describe the group that commonly includes all Slavic and "Baltic" nations; as such it is broader than the actual definition, including also Southeastern, Nordic and Middle European nations.

Here’s how it works: After you sign up, you’ll be assigned another participant to write a story/draw art for, following the prompts they’ve submitted.
