Possible news on season five?

I just came across this on Tumblr, and I'm curious if it's official or just a rumor:

- Season 5’s premiere date is January 25, 2013
- All the voice actors of the Allies and Axis are already confirmed to return
- The next Birz comic will contain a new visual of the new season, in color and good quality!
- Volume 5 strips will be included in the new season
- New Hetalia goods will be advertised

Since I don't know Japanese (and we all know how accurate Google Translate is), I can't confirm if this info is true. Help?

I'm hoping it's true, especially the bit about when the next season is set to air. It would really surprise me if they changed the VAs, but it would be nice to have confirmation that they're keeping the same actors.
