So a while ago, I bought the Official Animation Guide, forgetting that these things don't just translate themselves. I have the scans, but no translations. _{Anyone care to help?} Anyway, I haven't seen anyone scanning it yet; and some people have asked me about it, so I decided to share with you all.

Hello! I'm planning to go as chibi romano for a anime con...I have done so last year but I kept on getting mistaken for chibitalia since my outfit well..did look like his except it was shorter sleeves.....This year however I want to do something different. I want to wear pants instead of a skirt since I'm really short on time due to school. The only problem is that I don't know exactly what to do...And I really don't want to wear his anime outfit....because the color combination kind of made my eyes bleed......

Cosplay Help - Fantasia Hong Kong

Hi!  I am planning on making the fantasia version of Hong Kong's costume (wares backpack included) and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what kind of material to use?  I'm really leery of using satin, cause I think it's too shiny.  Plus, several drawings I've seen he seems to have a dragon on the front of the tunic.  I'm planning on embroidering both the chinese characters on his sleeves as well as this dragon.  Also, I've seen versions where he doesn't have the black trim on his sleeves.  Should I put the trim on anyway?

if anyone else has made this costume or can offer me some pointers, i'd be most apprechiative.  I don't really have access to online stores, so all I can work with is Hancock and JoAnn Fabrics.

Hetalia Day at Busch Gardens Europe, WIlliamsburg, VA!

I'm posting this proposal for a friend who lives in Virginia. She's wanting to have a group gather at the Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg, VA. I know it's not exactly on United Nations/Hetalia Day but this is the best she can do for now, and that she, among other people, are unable to travel to VA Beach.

WHEN: About 11 A.M. - 6 P.M. - Oct. 23, 2010

She says to listen for Hetalia music, and she will be near the Italy and Germany sections of the garden. She'll also be wearing a backpack with a panda peeking out of it.

Cosplay isn't really allowed at Busch Gardens, as they're having the Howl-O-Scream, and it's too early for 'Halloween costumes'. Modern and casual wear for the characters is okay though, since it's as close as or already are normal clothes.

It's a school field trip for her, but she's free to roam around until 6 P.M. The group can tag along with her.
