Hetalia Day- Kansas City Metro

Hello Kansas City Hetalia fans!



I'm heading a Hetalia Day gathering in Kansas City, and I invite both those from Kansas and Missouri sides of the line to come join us on 10/24/10.

Here's the info I have for you all:

Location:
Minsky's Pizza
427 Main Street
Kansas City, MO 64105

We will be at the City Market location for Minsky's, a Kansas City local pizza, pasta, etc. restaurant. A meal there will run you from about six to twelve dollars. I have their large party room reserved, so we WILL be separate from the rest of the establishment. It is an ALL AGES establishment, so any fan is welcome. If you don't want to eat, that is fine. You are welcome to just attend. Here is a menu.

When: Sunday 10/24/09 at 3:30 P.M. I have the party room reserved until 7:00 P.M., so if you can't get there quite that early, it's fine. We have hours! If you get to the restaurant and you don't see us, just ask where the O'Connor party is.

What to bring: Whatever you want! You can come in cosplay if you wish, certainly, although it is by no means required. We will certainly be getting photos of the group though, so look your Hetalia best! We encourage you to bring anything that you might think fun to share with fellow fans as well. :)

Plans so far: General Hetalia shenanigans, socializing, fun and Hetalia related games (with possible prizes)! We ran this event last year and had a ton of fun. We're going to bring something special for dessert as well. Minsky's allows you to draw on the tables (they put paper down), so you might bring some crayons or colored pencils along. It would be awesome to have a giant Hetalia Day collage.

Asking for help on two things

Hi everybody, I hope you can help me out. My first question is, has this doujinshi been scanlated or scanned?



I'm interested in translating it in the future, if it hasn't been done so already. My second request is, is anyone interested in coloring some scenes for a MAD that I'm in the process of making? Your names will roll by in the credits. I already have several names down as colorists and I figured the more names we have, the merrier it will look :D The video ships England x China. There's going to be an awesome Hetalia Day meet and photo-shoot at FAN:Dom con in Pensacola, Florida!!

The North American twins, Mattie and Al, are hosting a party to celebrate Hetalia Day! Everyone's invited to Mattie and Al's funtime adventure!! If all their friends show up, there'll be more fun then anyone's ever had before!

One Problem. England doesn't let America have friends over on Sundays. He doesn't know about the party yet... but we still need to keep it a secret!

Will the fun police break up the party? Can Papa keep Dad distracted for long enough?

I was wondering if anyone in the OKC or Moore area would like to meet up at a park or a restaurant. So far there is only about six of my friends are going to attend this. It's Gakuen Hetalia- With a twist! Oh wait, that's been done like one thousand times. Too bad! It's been done again! This time the school is split into four elements. The fire users, water users, earth users, and air users. Each has it's own abilities, and disabilities.

All in a city that was designed specifically with the Elemental Users in mind, the city is located on a secluded island. So it is technically it's own nation, though it's simply there for the use of the students as well as people working there. The school is located on this secluded island in order to protect people without elemental powers from getting hurt by any elemental accidents.
