When I watched Funimation's video, there seemed to be a lot of USUK, and since I'm submitting an Germany/Italy card, it made me kind of nervous. Still, I'm excited.

So what pairing/character cards did you submit? Do you think you'll win? What mediums did you use? I've only made one card so far, and it's in ink and color pencil (everything is hand-drawn.) So I'm curious about everyone else! :)

The past 6 weeks I had the honor of spending in Japan as an exchange student. One of my favorite memories from this time was when I went to Hetalia: Axis Powers - The Movie: Paint it, White in theaters! I'm a huge Hetalia fan so it was an awesome experience (on an unrelated topic I also got to drink melon soda, always a plus! If you've never tried it I really recommend it~)

The movie was hard to understand (no subs, my Japanese isn't very good, everyone talks very fast in Hetalia) but I still go the basic plot. I hope it get's subbed and uploaded asap so everyone else can enjoy it too!

Author's Notes: Historically plausible, however not always completely historically accurate for fiction sake. Also, I have given all characters human names for the sake of the story, and the AU. They will be referred to by these names. Will update the name list as they are named. Also, I left Germania's tribe and location relatively ambiguous. He's pretty much going to be hodgepodge of various Germanic peoples.

Elizaveta was simply tired and sick of this.

Roderich was having his own problems with surrounding nations again - Europe, in general. Vash was arguing with Roderich, as he usually does whenever they meet, and even Gilbert was claiming that he was "bored" to give an excuse for trying to claim Roderich's vital regions. Once Ludwig got in the way to stop Gilbert and Roderich, Gilbert fabricated a reason to blame Roderich for starting it so that he could try and get at his vital regions "as revenge" and - well, hell just ensued there. Luckily, Elizaveta had arrived there in time to knock some sense into Gilbert with her partner-in-crime frying pan.
