hetalia | To-Do list for Chorus of Hetalians

Okay, well... I've tried to contact everyone that I could that was interested in joining the Hetalia Chorus, but I barely got any responses out of the 20+ people I sent the message to. So either my message system doesn't work or I cannot stress enough that ~~tomorrow is the last day you can send in the form~~ [read below] [to others that are reading this, yes I can still squeeze some others in if you send me the form today or tomorrow] I really didn't want to post another entry on this community but I'm not getting any type of contact from any one so it feels like this is the only way to grab everyone's attention, I could delete this afterwords if it's really a problem "orz

If you do not fill in a proper form, you will not be officially in the Chorus of Hetalians and you will have to go through auditions if you want to be in our chorus videos and songs in the future.
