Hetalia: The Beautiful World DVD Available for Pre-order!
That's right! The official English release for Hetalia: The Beautiful World is now on Righstuf for pre-order!
Funimation announces through Rightstuf that it will be available on July 22nd.
Here is the link to the Limited Edition version and the Regular Version. No information has been given yet if the Limited Edition version will contain other special content(like with the Hetalia bandanas given in LE in certain amounts), but I'm glad we now have an official release date and a chance to get our hands on the new season overseas!

rnan We now know that with the edition of buying the LE version we will get a Season 5 bandana and stickers. Hetalia stickers will be available on the Regular edition too!

Funimation Getting Hetalia Season 5?
Maybe it's just me being a huge fan of the English Dubbing that got me into this fandom, but I am curious. Nobody knew Hetalia would get a season 5 up until this recent summer. With Himaruya back for our events, RightStuf bringing back Hetalia manga, the new title for Season 5 is announced, I wonder if it can be brought over here like before.
Funimation got the license to both Axis Powers and World Series seasons as well as the movie. I loved them all and how well Funi did a great and awesome job at this! Though rated M and much major changes that really stray away from the original Japanese dubbing, fans around still acknowledge it as part of Hetalia!
If Hetalia: The Beautiful World does air soon in 2013, would Funimation get their hands on it? I heard about sales dropping for both Hetalia and Sgt. Frog, so there might not be a good chance to bring it over to America. But I want to support this series and the company for what it has done! Buy the DVDs! It gives them support for the good job they have done! You aren't forced watch the English Dub since you can always switch the settings to Japanese Dub and watch the English Sub, but it helps a lot if you do support the original release!
What do you guys think? Will there be any chance for Hetalia Season 5 to be brought in other countries like America? Can Funimation pick it up again for another good round?

World Seires English DUB?
Hi ^^;
This is my first post here and I am looking for the Hetalia: World Series in the English dub.
I found the first 24 on YouTube (though they where mirror and I had to download them and flip them to watch, but still, not my point) and I found the rest on Hulu (in Japanese with English subs, only.)
Anyways, I would really like the English dub. Does anyone know where I can find it?
Also, I live here in America and I have Netflix, but for some unknown reason, they only have Season 1. When I was trying to get my boyfriend into the series, that's when I discovered Season 2 was taken down.
I tried asking, but the costumer serivce people didn't have any infomation as to why (at the time).
Does anyone out there maybe know why?

Otaku USA February 2012 Edition
I haven't seen anyone post this so I figured since I just found out, I'd share the information.
In the new Otaku USA there is a two page article/two page spread poster about Paint It White. It's on page 74 and while the article is the usual mumbo jumbo the poster is pretty nifty (the cover of the DVD) with several recycled images from other articles and captures from the movie!
You can get this at FYE, SunCoast (saw it yesterday and just about got it), Barnes and Nobles, and just about anywhere that sells "special" magazines. In the USA and Canada the price is $5.99!
Horray for being in a magazine! :D
(mods I wasn't too sure what to "tag" to put in the title of the post, so please tell me if I need to add anything)
P.S I will/can scan the article in after work (in about 4 hours) so people can see it if they want! If someone else scans before I do, just tell me and I'll link/show them off for ya!

For anyone who is interested, there's a exclusive Hetalia panel video from Naka Con on their official site: www.funimation.com However it's only available to Funimation Elite members. They have a two week free trial available. In it, Charlene Ingram talks about the rejected editions of the merchandise, rejected taglines, and packaging for the boxset and how Himaruya had a say in it. Brina Palencia ( Chibitalia), Patrick Seitz ( Germany), J. Michael Tatum (France), Clarine Harp ( China) are in attendance.
