But as he loses himself within the cultural melting pot of New York and his mind in a mysterious young boy he finds in the dark alleyways of Chinatown, will Emil be able to climb out the The Capital of the World in order to find a world of his own?

Notes: Written because of my love for math and need to incorporate it into Hetalia (another thing I really love!) I do explain the math concepts in the footnotes, though on FFN the links are broken right now. I will fix them eventually.
