Who are Hetalia North-West?
We are a hetalia group based in North-West England. We have meets in various places, but we are generally based in Manchester. We cosplay, hang around and generally have a ton of hetalia-related fun every few months! We are a relaxed, open group, so anyone can attend, and cosplay (including partials) is not required (though it is encouraged if you want to!).
