I noticed that sometimes I would find a papercraft pattern that was sized so that it wouldn't be able to print out perfectly onto a 8.5x11 inch piece of paper. And there are other papercraft patterns I've seen that have extra tidbits/instructions on them that you don't need and would end up wasting alot of printer ink D:
Sooooooo I made a print-out ready format of all the Hetalia papercraft that I've collected on this community. Which btw is 63 individual patterns (though there's probably more that I missed) :D;;
I basically rearranged the layout of the patterns on photoshop and squished it all together so it would fit on as little paper needed as possible (now they're somewhat eco-friendly lol). A couple character patterns have 2 pages though, since those have alot of details. I also resized them so they would fit on 8.5x11 inch printer paper. All the Hetalia characters are the same size too, so if you're planning on making a big papercraft family of them, they won't all be different sizes :D And I got rid of some ink-wasting portions on a few original patterns that have a colored picture of how the character is supposed to look like, and some Japanese instructions. I hope you don't mind the lack of some Japanese labels for the shapes, but I find it's quite easy to make the papercrafts without them, since I can't even read what the labels say anyways >_>;
I've uploaded a zip. file of them on mediafire. Also I didn't design any of the actual patterns, those were made by the lovely Hetalia papercraft making artists here on the interwebz. I just resized and edited the layouts :)
You can get them here:

EDIT: I accidently cut out the pattern for Lativa's hair D: I fixed it though, so now Latvia shouldn't be bald ^^; Also here's the individual pattern for him if you don't want to download the whole file all over again: http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/6898/latviau.jpg
