Michigan Hetalia meetup!

With all of these Hetalia meetups lately, I've been thinking that there should be one here in Michigan! But being as bad as I am at organizing events, and not knowing if there are even a decent amount of fans in Michigan, I'd like to ask, how many Hetalia fans are there here? What city (If you want to tell, you can, if not, say something like "South west Michigan" or "Suburban Detroit" ) do you live in, where should there be a meetup, and when should it be?
Maybe by the Detroit riverfront?
