FUNimation just announced on their blog that the movie is available for pre-order on Amazon for $20.99! Included in the blog post is a video of a message from Prussia's VA that was shown at Otakon and also a clip of the movie, also shown at Otakon. For those who don't want to go to the blog post:

Rojas has posted an event guide for all things Hetalia at Otakon (at least that are being done through FUNimation) on the FUNimation blog. The blog also includes promotional images for the English Dub of World Series and Paint it White! (Most of which we've seen before with English text added, but still)

Also, the information given here indicates that both World Series and the Movie will be released this Winter.

Funimation voice cast to appear for Hetalia World Series' U.S. premiere

The organizers of Otakon announced on Monday that the convention will host director Bob Shirohata and Japanese voice actor Akira Sasanuma as guests of honor during the July 29-31 event in Baltimore.

Funimation's ADR engineer Scott Sager for Hetalia World Series and American voice actors Scott Freeman (Britain in Hetalia, Yuuji Sakamoto in Baka and Test), Patrick Seitz (Germany in Hetalia, Simon in Durarara!!) and Michael Tatum (France in Hetalia, Sebastian Michaelis in Black Butler) will all appear at the Hetalia World Series premiere and Q&A panel.

Christopher Ayres posted on his Facebook account today that fellow Funimation voice cast member Cassandra Hodges passed away. Ayres stated a coroner's report has been made but further information regarding the death has yet to be made public. Hodges was only 28 at the time of her death, and she was set to appear at Anime Festival Wichita next week.

Hodges voiced Gotanda and Yuku in Hell Girl and Camembert in Glass Fleet. She also acted in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Hetalia - Axis Powers, and Mushishi, among other Funimation titles.

For those curious, Cassandra voiced additional roles in the English Dub of Hetalia including the little girl / Zashiki-Warashi seen in Episode 30.

I got my Hetalia DVD's today, and went straight to Extra features :D

Found awesome commentaries, and this is one of my favorites. It has Eric Vale and Japan's voiceactor (whom I forgot the name of >>)

When ANNCast was taking questions for Charlene Ingram who was the guest for this week, I submitted a question via twitter: " Will Chuck Huber return as Austria in the Hetalia movie and "World Series"?

Charlene stated that Chuck will return as Austria and he is also back on the writing team for the movie and World Series and he sounds great.

I thought this may be interesting for some of us. As the title says, the Anime News Network podcast (ANNCast) has devoted an entire episode to interviewing Hetalia brand manager, Charlene Ingram. She speaks about Hetalia, Summer Wars, and various other topics.

I saw this on Char's twitter. FUNimation put up goods from several of their anime shows for charity. One of the auctions is for a Hetalia poster signed by the US cast plus more. Items can be shipped only to North American addresses though.
