I found scanlation of the strip about "America's strange invention", that I just tried to translate by myself.
Only one strip with little omake, about meaning of "hair parts" of each countries.

Each body parts of Hetalia's characters have some meaning.




Also Arthur(England)'s eyebrow means his john bull soul.





Curly hair (many latin characters have it, including Italy bros) means something sexualy thing.
German often grab it to make Italy silence, though he don't know it was Ita-chan's erogenous zone.
(Japan knows it)

I knew exactly what Japan was talking about; I had bought one of those old Greek culture books way back to read over the summer about Spartan culture. They had this whole section devoted to homoerotic tendencies, and bam, it made Loveless seem believable.
