Hetalia Season 5 Design Fake?

On Tumblr, someone had posted an image that said the new designs of the Hetalia characters are fake.

According to the post, they said the new designs were just fanart in celebration for Animate Girls Festival 2012 to sell their merchandise. It is confirmed that Studio DEEN have a new staff of design and drawing, but it is not the ones we have seen on the Hetalia's home website. The one shown there is probably only advertising the event.

I rather not post the name of the original poster on Tumblr, but I want to be sure if this was true or false.

nope, nope. Second wave ships in December. I ordered back in October-ish, when the online release date was claimed to be November 30th.
:O Movic shipped it way earlier than planned, and it should be with me by this coming Monday at the latest~

No way of knowing yet, though-- it's left customs, but the tracking pages never update this early in the morning ;w;
