A question about book/paper sizes

I have a question and I was hoping someone here could clear this up for me.

Basically, I've been seriously thinking about ordering the new Hetalia artbook that just came out, but I know that the paper size is A5 instead of A4, but I'm not entirely sure what that means. I know that A5 is smaller than A4, but how do they compare to my japanese volumes of the Hetalia manga? (like, are the volumes size A5, A4, or something else?).

Gisette here! I've been really touched and a little overwhelmed at the interest of people who want to participate in making games for the Hetalia fandom. There are so many talented people so far who have offered their talents to contribute, and I thought that because it's too much to contain to a few posts, I've made a new community just for those expressed interest today and yesterday in creating games: http://hetaliaworks.livejournal.com/

As you can see, I just made it today so it's rather plain, but my hope is that while we're making our games, we can all spruce it up a little. Summary: De-anon from the kink meme. "Back in 1069-1070, William the Conqueror ordered for the destruction of pretty much the entirety of the North of England. His men slaughtered people, destroyed livestock and farms so that people would starve, and set whole villages on fire." This takes its toll on France and England's relationship.
