A question about book/paper sizes

I have a question and I was hoping someone here could clear this up for me.

Basically, I've been seriously thinking about ordering the new Hetalia artbook that just came out, but I know that the paper size is A5 instead of A4, but I'm not entirely sure what that means. I know that A5 is smaller than A4, but how do they compare to my japanese volumes of the Hetalia manga? (like, are the volumes size A5, A4, or something else?).

A5 is half of an A4 page width wise. Just checked my Vol 4 special ed is A5 sized so your art book should be the same size as your manga. Hetalia manga is the biggest one I managed to buy over there, the rest were smaller than A5.
