NeoWorld Academy is an High School AU based rp forum; the Hetalia cast, here being simply human,  attend the NeoWorld Academy. They live together in dorms shared by people randomly put together. Classes are mandatory of course since it is High school; the teachers are around to ensure everyone follow the school's rules. The School is famous for welcoming people from all over the world, leading to the students discovering about other cultures.  
The School cover a lot of grounds, owning its own soccer field, huge gardens and of course a lot of classrooms, a spacious dorm with comfortable double rooms with their private bathroom, a common room where you can find accomodations and a Kitchen to make sure the students can be independant out of class hours. The school itself is situated in a rather nice town, accessible by foot or by bus.
The rp takes place in a forum mostly, as well as on an msn chat. Given the server our chat is situated on tends to get the chat offline from time to time we also have an emergency chat;it's at the bottom of the forum once you register. We're really open and have people from all over the world, so anyone is welcomed. We accept Original characters as long as they're countries. We don't accept genderbends or States Ocs.

Sahara Skies [An AU Desert Steampunk/Hetalia RP]

Welcome to the desert city of Aldmoor, a haven of technology within the sands.

It is the late 1800s, in an alternate Victorian era, and the world is advancing swiftly in technology. Steam-powered trains cover the land, automobiles are in development, and people have made flying machines! There are countless new and seemingly steam-powered items popping up on the market, objects that defy imagination. It is a fantastic time to be alive, watching technology pop up and then being able to utilize it soon after.

The town of Aldmoor, while being far away from England and North America, is embracing this swiftly changing world. It has flourished as a port town, thriving on trade. Airships and boats come from all around the world to trade here, bring all the latest new gadgets and strange foods. Of course, this also has attracted a large, seedy underbelly of smugglers and pirates. Despite this roughness, Aldmoor is still considered a paradise outside of smoggy cities with their factories and away from silly European wars. Tourists flock, criminals hide, the elderly relax in the searing heat. Everyday the city continues to grow, people fleeing prejudice, cities, family, war, their pasts, or just simply looking for a change of scenery.

I've just recently bought a doujinshi that I'm not familiar with. It's Spain-centric (though with some Romano and France) and is called 'Reienda negura' (or 'Reiesoda negura') according to the katakana. The artist is OSOVA.

Here's the cover.

If anyone knows this, is there a scanlation of it somewhere? My Japanese isn't good enough to understand all of it, and I want to know the story.
