[ASKING FOR HELP] Searching for Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Stuff

I'm thinking of writing a cute fanfic for someone.

The main characters are Lithuania and Poland. But I'm not really a European history whiz, nor do I have the mental capacity to browse through every single entry in this community to search for facts since it's really, well... huge. Hetalia fans, you rock! :)

Can someone direct me to the scanlations, discussions, and good fanworks with Lithuania and Poland so far (that stay in the canon universe)? I tried going to the Hetalia Indexes, but... I got confused. ._.;

Please help me, and I'll be really grateful if you do. :D

See the title? That was exactly my reaction when I read there was gonna be a movie about Hetalia. Don't misunderstand, I'm thrilled, but...
What is it going to be about?

There's no large arc or big plot in Hetalia (if you don't count the Chibitalia arc, but that's hardly enough for a feature film). There's not even a timeline. Most characters spend 80% of the time in chibi form. There are no backgrounds! xD
