Ok. So, in celebration of finishing my buttons, I decided to do a random doodle. Then, I decided to color it.
Mostly, I want spring to finally arrive. But it keeps being cold and rainy and icky, so I wanted to draw something nice and warm and lovely. Except I go to the beach in CA (northern), which, even on a nice day, is always cold. So Canda's whining there is totally what I do.
Also, there isn't enough Canada "fanservice" And yes, France is talking to Canada (probably nekkid and sketchy)
Hopefully more Peter Pan/Hetalia on the way.

selling new Hetalia One Coin figures

So the new figures shown in Hidekaz's blog a few days ago finally came out in Japan! The official Animate street date is April 25th, but I managed to get my grubby little hands on two boxes early ohohohoho. I'm selling off the extras over on eBay if you're interested. I normally don't do eBay, but the next few days are going to be hectic so I can't be watching a sales post like a hawk :|

I know there was already an intro post to these figures, but I just want to emphasize how awesome they are--the paint jobs are lovely and the little touches like Ivan's pipe and Yao's panda really make the grade.

Somehow, whenever I post an art (whether it's here in LJ or DA), most of them are sketches. That's probably because I had to scan them every time I drew and do the lineart in Paint and then had to remove the pencil sketchiness which takes a long time. ^^;

I'm in need of help since I'm OCD about accuracy of costumes and I plan on making a Hetalia one soon, possibly for Otakon.

For Austria's coat, many people have different trim colors. I think there really isn't any trim on it although the gold and white I've seen others put on it look quite flattering. I was wondering if anyone had any definite reference pictures. I went sifting through Himaruya's blog (all 90-something pages) and it seems he doesn't like to color his pictures which makes it quite hard. Anyone have suggestions to my predicament?
