When I first heard about the Soviet Union/Hero club, my headcanon was that America created his, expecting that everyone would sign up right away--and no one did. And that, deciding he could have his own club as well, Russia created his, expecting everyone to sign up right away--and again, no one did. And that they normally spend most of their club activities antagonising each other.

As for the magic club, my headcanon was that they spent most of their time playing in pillow forts with magic wands.

Nothing more beautiful than seeing headcanon upheld.
