[q&a] Himaruya's letter to the Seiyuus
Hi! Forgive me for spamming. But!
I'm finally getting around to watching the seiyuu event and there was a part where China's seiyuu had read a letter from our HIMA-PAPA-SENSEI-SAMA. And I am dying to know what it says. It starts around 37:00 minutes, the letter reading. So-so, my question is, has the seiyuu event been summarized or translated somewhere? Or does anyone know if anyone is working on it?
Much obliged, thank you.

Konishi and Onosaka urge Kaida to try to read the letter in Himaruya's voice. Obviously she's never heard it, based on the strange result it produces.
Himaruya thanks everyone for coming to the event. Konishi warns Kaida that Himaruya will be angry if he watches the DVD and hears her making fun of his voice like that, so she changes to a more masculine voice.
He marvels that he's been working on Hetalia for four years already, and says that he was able to get this far because he had everyone's support. He's grateful that there was enough interest in his series for there to be a second event and hopes that everyone has fun watching it.
He also encourages everyone to enjoy the seiyuu talk [at this point, Kaida starts adlibbing], Onosaka's talk, Onosaka's mean talk, Onosaka's (something that I can't make out)... The others begin to catch on that she's not reading exactly what's written and Onosaka tells her to read it for real. Kaida insists that she has been reading it for real, before going back to what it actually says.
Himaruya hopes that everyone enjoys the seiyuu talk and the atmosphere of the theater.
And that's it. Pretty standard stuff.

But, umm, and I'm terribly sorry to bother you about this. But the seiyuus were commenting about Himaruya before Kaida starts reading. Do you know perhaps what they are saying?
Ah, sorry to ask so much.
But I am so grateful

I'm curious about what the seiyuus were saying about Hima-sensei because I thought I heard Onosaka say something like "sensei kowai yo de" or something and I was thinking doesnt "kowai" mean scary??
