Need Help Finding Some Official Art

Hello. I am posting because a particular bit on the SuFin page over at the Hetalia Shoutwiki caught my eye: "In a more recent Christmas strip, Finland is actually depicted carrying Sealand on his shoulders, suggesting he may at least actively interact with Sealand."

I have looked high and low for this strip, but cannot, for the life of me, find it. Halp?

I don't think it was a strip, but it was a drawing. And it was Sweden, not Finland, unless there's one I missed(which is somewhat likely, so I'll wait with you so see if there's a picture I'm missing.)
