I know what you mean. I didn't know there were more volumes until I stumbled across the raw of the third one like .. ages ago. And since I loved the first volume to bits and pieces already, there was no question I would download the others as well. I didn't regret it, it's definitley one of the best and most outstanding series out within this fandom. X3
(I also think manna drew a America/Prussia Doujin.. according to her pixiv gallery at least.. but I haven't seen any scanlations around for that neither)

I found the doujinshi!! 8D All 4 volumes, thanks so much for letting me know of their existance ; w ; (I'll be sure to keep an eye out for vol. 5 too!)
