It's definitely not Sweden. The eyes would be greener and the hair would be a bit lighter. Also, the shape of the eyes and the smile don't fit Sweden at all.

Guys, there is no way that is Germany, seriously. Look at other official art, Germany's eyes don't look like that. I think it's America without a doubt. He's the only one I can think of that fits everything.
