Himaruya's updates his blog yet again! This time with the recently rather buddy-buddy France and Germany. (Although, Germany looks unamused as usual. Even when they're getting along they don't get along well, do they?)

追記；歩くの早い第一位はアイルランドさんだそうです。
アイルランドさんはいろんなイメージがあるのですが
どういうキャラにしようか結構悩む国ですね。
妖精の島や幻想的な風景は一度見てみたいものです。

My headcannon: France and Germany the characters have had a lot of issues with each other so it would probably have been hard for them to get along at first, after they agreed to cooperate. But France can be serious when he needs to be, and Germany's been hanging out with Italy so long that he's loosened up and is used to overly affectionate people by now. And Germany still yells at Italy all the time; just because he gets annoyed at France doesn't mean that he doesn't consider him a friend now.

And France probably wouldn't seriously hit on Italy's boyfriend...probably...maybe...

I remember watching from an old Dateline London show of one of the commentators saying "And I thought Middle East relations are bad" regarding the history of Europe.

It's really amazing how the countries evolved over the years WW2=>Cold War=>Modern. Talk about character development.

And yeah, France and Germany are pretty awesome.
