Umm, I'm not sure if this is okay to do but....

Just a random question, but is this part of Hetalia? I see Austria, Liet, and  is that Liechtenstein? The artwork is sorta different and Google Translator is being no help...

I think it's Gakuen Hetalia (AU)

Er... I read somewhere it's about a broadcasting club, so the -ブ makes sense, but I'm not sure about the third kana

You've got the kana right. I can sort of read some of it. And yeah all the characters have completely different names, so it's just another of his pieces I think.
