[Question] Is this part of Hetalia?

Umm, I'm not sure if this is okay to do but....

Just a random question, but is this part of Hetalia? I see Austria, Liet, and  is that Liechtenstein? The artwork is sorta different and Google Translator is being no help...

I think it's Gakuen Hetalia (AU)

It's in Hiramuya's website.

And it's the same artwork. (:

I thought it was just another of Himamuya's web-comics :D

YEAAAAAHHHH GAKUEN HETALIA! if school AUs are a new trend amongst mangaka (there's a Gakuen Gurren Lagann as well) I am going to be a very, very happy fantard.

Ah..I'm..I think it's not...

Himaruya's characters are really alike, so I don't think this is related to Hetalia actually...

Eh, actually, it's not part of Hetalia. It's just another series/project the author has developed.

Ummm.....I saw lots of them on his blog and I0m about 90% sure its another manga by Hiramuya >>

[identity profile] alakheniel.livejournal.com 2008-12-12 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
that's just another one of his works... it's not related to Hetalia

the name should be "Susume! Kitako Housoubu"...

[identity profile] kyo-starr.livejournal.com 2008-12-12 11:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Is that what the name is? Thanks~ (I would never have guessed that last kana was ブ |D;;)

[identity profile] alakheniel.livejournal.com 2008-12-12 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm pretty sure that's the way it's read... but I could always be wrong XD

[identity profile] kyo-starr.livejournal.com 2008-12-13 12:16 am (UTC)(link)
Er... I read somewhere it's about a broadcasting club, so the -ブ makes sense, but I'm not sure about the third kana

[identity profile] windy-lea.livejournal.com 2008-12-13 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
You've got the kana right. I can sort of read some of it. And yeah all the characters have completely different names, so it's just another of his pieces I think.

Because being from the same autor, the chance of any character being a expy (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Expy) is high.

[identity profile] crimsontwilite.livejournal.com 2008-12-12 11:32 pm (UTC)(link)
It's a different comic. *nods*

[identity profile] kyo-starr.livejournal.com 2008-12-12 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Yup, it's just another of Himaruya's projects. I think it's comedy about college students... the character page (http://www.geocities.jp/himaruya/ktko_ch.html) seems to indicate the Lithuania look-alike is a freshman chemical engineering major.

[identity profile] gomidog.livejournal.com 2008-12-13 04:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, it's kitakou housou-bu, a silly story about a broadcasting club at an engineering high school out in the country. The main character is Noto, a pretty, naive boy who wants to be an announcer and who ends up getting pulled into the crazy schemes of the club. (They cross dress him a lot when they are filming movies, et cetera.) The president is a ninja who can only say "Nii," the editor is a closet otaku with a major crush on Noto, and Noto's best friend and protector is secretly a mafia heir ala Gokusen. Wackiness and drooling abounds.

I heard this one (Kitako-housoubu) would be published as comics in the future.
