Comic Diary 9- Discussion Question

So, I saw some people discussing the strip where gay marriage was legalized in Spain and they were disagreeing about whether or not Spain was proposing to both Italies in 2005 or just Romano. I always thought he had been proposing to both but I guess some people disagree with this. So, I was just wondering what everyone's opinion on this was, do you guys think he was proposing to both or not? (Please don't turn this into an argument. I just want people's opinions.)

Welcome to Hogwarts University.

A fresh, literate crossover roleplay between Hetalia and Harry Potter, with a tiny twist:
Situated at Hogwarts University rather than the secondary school, the characters are generally 18 and older.

Already past the elementary/high school levels of education, the university offers the benefits of Hogwarts with fewer rules, such as no curfews. You may choose your classes depending on your plans for the future; what will your character be?

We’d also like to inform that we do keep the separate houses, and along with them, we have a house points system (with surprise events for the winners!), and we even hold Quidditch matches once in a while.

Summary: Prussia isn't allowed to die. Instead he is made to wander the earth as an imortal without a nation. His guardian angel isn't seeming to be much use either, seeing as how she'd rather be out claiming more souls.
Warnings: Character death, guess who.
Notes: This is basically a fic describing a head cannon I created about why prussia is still alive, it's kind of like fluffy angst, or maybe angsty fluff. I don't know, parts of it are depressing, but parts of it are really happy.
