In the course of trying to translate a doujin, I came across this line at the top of one of the stories: ２巻特装版特典冊子内ハンガリーさん元ネタを含むハロウィン漫画.

It's suddenly occurred to me that maybe the first bit is referring to the Hetalia Volume 2 Special Edition's special booklet. But even if that's the case, I'm still not sure what's being referenced because I have no idea what was in that booklet--and I haven't had much luck finding a description of the contents by googling, or by looking at various sites indexing Hetalia comics. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the Volume 2 special booklet, or even just give me a description of anything in it that was related to Hungary?
