Howdy all. I'm still very, very new to Hetalia so there's a lot I don't know about it yet, BUT I'm soaking everything up like a sponge. I'm already a rabid US/UK shipper, haha.

Anyway. I feel like I should know this, but I haven't seen it anywhere, and I apologize if it's been asked before, but what, if anything, does the "F" in Alfred's middle name stand for? And I refuse to believe that his last name didn't come from Indiana Jones. :p

APHell - Reminder thread

APHell is an AMV Hell style video, an parody made of short clips. Right now it's 10 minutes long. The goal is to make it 30 minutes long. That's why I'm posting a thread again to remind you. I hope it's okay OTL

These are the rules;
1. No subtitles. If you need raws to use, I can post those I have, or you can check the "anime" tag to search for them.
2. No slideshows.
3. Time of the clips; 2 seconds up to 30-40 seconds.
4. This is meant to be a comedy, so the clips have to be funny/cheerful.
5. The AMV clip has to be made by you. If it's not, you have to tell me the nickname of the one who made it.
6. You're free to use whatever sound clip you want!
7. If you want to make a song on another language than english, it have to be subbed. If you can't sub, just send me the translation together with the video.
8. The deadline is 22th June.
9. Sexual jokes and swearing are OK!
10. You can make just as many clips you want, but I want them as invidual files.

You can post it here as a comment or send an e-mail too doma-hoshi@hotmail.com. Tell me your nickname,  who the artist is, the songtitle and download link.

Erm...hello, there! I've been lurking around here since April, and I haven't had anything to contribute until just now, so...I hope I'm doing this correctly.

Anyway! I would like to announce that there is a group working to FanDub the episodes of Hetalia - it's not a parody, it's a faithful fandub. I myself am a part of this group, and I got permission from the person who started this to post here.

HOWEVER!

We are a very small group, and we do not have a full cast yet. As far as I know, not a lot of people are trying out for things.

SO!

I am asking the Hetalia community to come on over and support us! Try out for a part, comment on the different voices, give us feedback! We need your help to make the best FanDub ever!

To clarify some things, here's more information:

To audition, you can pick any scene from the anime with your character in it, so long as they have a good amount of lines for you to show us what you can do with the character. Any character that is not on the main cast page is up for grabs. Feel free to try out for even minor parts!

I'm not in charge of this, so I'm not sure of all the details. You can contact the girl in charge, however, at the website.

- Message HetareItalia on Youtube, and ask her for the password for the 'ToHetareItalia' account, so you can put it up there. Further details will be posted on the official website (check the link above) soon! ^^

Summary: So, I drew out a bunch of Hetalia chibis in preparation for cross stitching them, but then I got this idea: Why not cross stitch something from my Peter Pan/Hetalia crossover? So I drew this up and colored it ^_^

I went for a storybook kind of feeling with the picture, I want it to be busting out of the frame that it's in, since stories (for me) like to bust into my life all the time. I hope to stitch this up soon and I should be coloring in the other chibis at some point (probably after graduation....) also, I chose the main characters since they're the most important in the story and if I drew everyone, I'd never finish the cross stitch. But I also drew other hetalia characters in chibi form as well, so hopefully you will like them all too! ^_^
