We have no idea who the guy is 0:
His picture is yaeba.jpg which is interesting as it means 'multilayered' or 'double' tooth??? Which describes his fangs, I believe.

But there's nothing said about who or what series

I reckon everyone caught more attention at the character of the last image. My personal opinion are still doubt. I don't think it is a character from Taishou Roman Onisan, the character themes from that series center around a Japanese fantasy setting, although looking at the side characters in the series, they dress more formally with a Western feel to it. However one of the clothes one character from that series wears something just like the subject in question is wearing. What makes me doubt this is why would he post it in Kitayume that is owned by Gentosha, for material for his Shueisha entry (coloring for example?? Secondly, as stated earlier, the setting is based on Japanese history. I don't expect someone with dirty blonde hair color to be in the story, but considering how impossible hair color exists in Taishou Roman, it could be a new character profile for anything right now.

I also doubt that character is for the new manga.

Taishou Roman Onisan is set around 1926, so Japan has already entered Westernization, which would explain the modern clothing on some characters mixed in with traditional clothing on others. The main character, Ruku, is an android, which excuses her white hair. XD The one who's really out of place, is the first character in the beginning with the cloak, but he seems to be a time-traveler (I'm assuming).

Also, Himaruya owns Kitayume, so he can post whatever on it. XD (Though since it seems he may be breaking away from Gentosha, I wonder what will happen to the form mail? /random questions)

I'm glad to see some young Japan in this update, he's awfully cute! And that guy with the crown is getting me kind of excited, but we'll have to wait to find out if he is somebody new.

About Howard though... he's the spy that helped England escape Italy, right? Um, I kind of feel like I'm missing something. I thought that was the only time Howard and England were together, but the question seems like he hung around for an extended period of time. Was he also the guy from the 2010 Christmas event, then?

I'm a bit whatever about Japan's character in general, but bitty Japan is so cute in that first pic^^ And the idea of Spain taking a picture of his victory to show Romano is adorable XD When I first glanced that picture of the unknown character, I kind of thought it looked like that design of male!Belarus Himaruya did a while back, but maybe not...

So, nations are aware of this problem and try to spend only a short period of time with their people. But now I'd like to know if England must be careful with all his people. I mean, he can be with his queen all the time he wants, or he must leave her after a while?
Maybe for rulers that's a different thing and they have a sort of "genetic predisposition". But then, what about politicians?
