The tags are fine. I can't see the video either(it's region-locked, we need someone in Japan to confirm) but it has the Animate logo on it, so I'd say they're official.

They added a bit of a bluish-purple gradient towards the bottom of his (red) eyes c:

I think that's just the reflection of the yellow light on his face, and the darker color is shadow, but then I don't know much shadows and colors under different kinds of light, so I might be wrong.

Prussia's eyes have had blueish purple in them for a while now if you look at some of Hima;s coloured art.
And going by the extremely popular headcanon that Prussia has albinism, his new eye colour makes perfect sense :)

The most part of the images is similar to the colored pages of the manga, Hetalia Vol 4. So we should expect episodes from there.

Strange as Gentosha said to Hetarchives that they should remove all Volume scans and we get this scene. Next thing you know, Righstuf would announce a release date for Vol 4 and 5. I'm calling it!

The new theme song for Hetalia: The Beautiful World is called "Mawaru Chikyuu Rondo" aka "Turning World Round". The release date of the single is on February 27th, 2013.

That's the anime season, not the new theme song to be officially released. "Mawaru Chikyuu Rondo" will be released on February 27th, 2013. Pre-orders are available as well. This will also feature the instrumental track.

The other 3 tracks (total of 5 of the "Mawaru Chikyuu Rondo" being first and its instrumental as the last) are these:

Track 2 is sung by Ai Orikasa, a Japanese voice actress who does Sealand. So we also get a special song from him.

4. Tel un minuscule printemps...

I'm not sure what the other two tracks are for, but will most likely be featured in the anime. Maybe more towards the intro music that plays with the opening title.
