Are there different editions? Amazon JP shows the Axis Powers on the cover in their listing.

No, the axis powers cover is the one the book comes with. The bad touch trio dust-cover is a bonus with the comics Birz magazine.

Available at CD Japan. I pushed the button and ordered. Combined it with a couple of other things to ease the pain of the cost of the shipping method I picked. I am weak! Weak, I tell you!

....and possibly unintentionally selfish as I could've posted here before I ordered in case others wanted to be included....:(
