No, the axis powers cover is the one the book comes with. The bad touch trio dust-cover is a bonus with the comics Birz magazine.

Shipping is more than the magazine itself...the only thing that I could think of that would make the shipping more worthwhile is to dump other items in your cart....but if you don't want to do that yourself, I can buy the magazine because there are other things I want from these places and you can pay me back for the magazine and part of the shipping cost.
