One more question. I have really small wrists so I was wondering if the flag bracelet could be extended into a choker?

The bracelet's length can be adjusted from a minimum of 16cm to max 18cm.
And yes, it can be extended into a choker (but I can't do that for you), you can easily find another bracelet or necklace chain and manually extend it by attaching the ends together.
