I only bother with characters I know, and my camera isn't the best so they don't always turn out very good. =) Ah okay. Might have seen you then- we left early and had to go by.
Watch the people on the beach in case they get in trouble. Sit around because they don't. Play cricket/football on the slow days. And on rainy days watch t.v in the clubhouse. =)
I just have friends who are good at photo taking to do all that XD *lazy* I was around a lot of people wearing army uniforms, if you saw us. But only America and Prussia were Hetalia cosplayers (well and me, since I was doing Australia).
That sounds like a lot of fun when no one's in trouble that is.
Brilliant. My friends all had cameras too but I was the only one not cosplaying I spent a bit of time bag holding and photo taking. =) Hmm.. maybe not. I didn't see an Australia! =(
I notice that happens a lot. Non-cosplaying friend always gets stuck with phot-taking. And oh well, we were kind of trying to sneak around because the security people there kept complaining to everyone who was taking photoes outside. Such a pain.
That's a good thing then ^^ now all you need is a good camera for that. And I hope I'll see you cosplay at one of the meets if you start! It's expensive but fun.
I have no idea... they told us that we weren't allowed to take pictures outside. Yet we checked the rules and it said nothing about taking photos outside, as long as it wasn't blocking traffic. We even asked the organisers of the thing, and they told us that we could take pictures outside. The security was just being a bitch about things.
Don't worry, it took me months to save up for my costume. And now I just play the same nation over and over XD
They really were! The second I got there I heard the woman yelling "GET OFF THE ROAD" and I freaked because there was nowhere else to walk but on the road.
Haha, awesome. XD I'm still not sure which nation I want to do... but once I get a costume I doubt I'll play another!
I know right! I was there very early as I didn't have a ticket (and train timetables worked out like that) and they were already there screaming to get off the road. And then the confusion with the lines =S
Once you get into cosplaying, I'm sure you'll want to cosplay everything you see XD It's addictive that way.
I was with a friend who was cosplaying as someone in a wheelchair, and while she was sitting in it they actually yelled at her to get off the road. And we're wondering wtf was there problem. So she didn't need the wheelchair IRL but if she DID they would have been yelling at someone who was incapable of moving.
It does seem that way. Maybe for my wallet's sake I should steer clear. xD
...That's just stupid. I mean, it's likely they assumed that she was cosplaying because of the event but there's no way to be sure... Like I said- Very grumpy people.
Yeah, that's what we were more annoyed over. She rarely got out of the chair just to keep "in character" most of the time, so they wouldn't have even seen that she was capable of walking. They didn't even bother to come ask us if she was just sitting in it for cosplay or not, they just assumed she could.
Also we may want to continue this in the new thread. If we max this one out with comments it'll eventually stop letting us post here.
...Not very good with self control. Not as far as fandom is concerned. =)
That's was horrible of them... Though the whole road thing was for safety but they could have been a bit nicer about it. It's not our fault others weren't listening.
Oh yeah... That would be a bad thing. =) Better move it.

Weird. Yeah, they were just being a bit mean I think... they seemed very grumpy to me.
