As said on ANN, Animate's releasing a line of teddy bears dressed as anime characters starting from next October. One of the selected outfits is the Gakuen Hetalia one.

The Gakuen outfit's been up there for about a month and a half now, I think ;u;

But yeah, like the article says, the listing's definitely not for a dressed up bear. .__. You pick your mascot, then buy the clothes separately...
