Italy's just saying Hetalia will be serialized in Monthly Birz. Japan's saying something about a 3rd supplement. but I'm not sure what that's relating to.

The third sentence in that paragraph talks about the site. I'm trying to figure out if it's saying the site will proceed as normal too. =w=; Need decent translations.
