Actually, NZ doesn't have a gender yet. They're gender ambiguous still.

(Unless I just missed something...?)

Well, in the back cover of volume 4, NZ didn't have boobs o3o
So... Yeah.

Eh. Maybe I'm being stubborn, but I won't make a judgment on it unless Hima says it himself (or if we get a more obvious hint).

When I cosplayed NZ I used this wig (although I don't recommend it personally to you, because the back was very thin and you could see the netting through it). If you want to be able to make the curls you're either going to have to get a long wig and cut all but the parts to make the curls shorter, or you'll have to get a short wig and buy matching extensions to sew in on the sides.

If you look around for light brown wigs on some of the big cosplay wig websites, you should be able to find supplies for one option or the other that you like and that works with you.

No problem. That's not a bad idea actually, since England and NZ's base hair cut is relatively the same. Again, I think you might want to consider wefts for the curls since the hair on a short will won't be long enough or won't be easy to work with.

Like I said, if you look at any wig-specific company they'll send extensions that you can use. If you're like me and not sewing machine capable, you can use this tutorial http://www.pettingzoowigs.com/wigtutorial_makingwefts.html, and if you are then there are plenty of wefting tutorials out there that you can use.
