日本語の資料の少ない国まとめてみた　セーシェル

セーシェル

西暦８５１年にアラブの商人によって書かれた記録の写本に登場。
それ以前のセーシェルは記録も少なくて
人が住んでいたという伝説はあるが
まだまだ全然解明はされていないそう。

セーシェルだけで取れるお尻型の椰子の実は
アラブ人の間で高く売買されたそう。
気になって「Coco de Me」でネット探すとめちゃくちゃおしりである。
この椰子のTシャツやストラップなどはお土産で買えるらしいぞ！

セーシェルは１６世紀の終わりから１７３０年までは
若い海賊に人気の隠れ家的孤島で財宝伝説も残っているらしい。

その後フランスが貿易の拠点にするのに降り立ち

１７５６年フランスの支配下に入った。

　最近は観光がメイン。マグロ漁などでも外貨を稼ぐ。
・マグロを缶詰にする工場もあるよ！
　もしかしたらどこかでセーシェルマグロ缶にあえるかも…？
・観光には主にイギリス、フランス、イタリア、ドイツなどから来てくれる。
・中高まで無料

【料理】

スパイス大好きでフランス料理とインド料理の
流れを受け継ぐ独特の料理になっている。
南国特有のマンゴーやパパイヤなどのフルーツも盛りだくさん。
珍しくたこをむしゃむしゃする地域。
セーシェル料理は海産物のカレーやココナツミルクにゼラチンやたまごコーンスターチをまぜて
砂糖で甘く味付けしたココナツのデザートなどがある。

【パンの木】

セーシェルでよく食べられる鈍器になりそうな木の実。
青いうちに食べると繊維性なんだけど
熟したのを食べるとジャガイモやサツマイモに似てるらしい。

Well... Himaruya changes the colour of the eyes of his characters often. Like Turkey who got brown/yellow eyes instead of green ones. And if I recall correctly, Seychelles got blue eyes in Gakuen Hetalia, the original.

Yeah, this is really weird. Especially with Seychelles, and the fact that green seems to be an already-common eye color for Hetalia (and violet too for some characters).

Himaruya's not very consistent with colors for certain characters though, or maybe he just colors them however he feels like on the day. I don't know :o. It is weird.

(The green eyes might be a way of linking England's former colonies too...but didn't she have brown eyes on the back cover to the new volume?)

I'm guessing that since the lighting in the pic is blue-ish, the yellow tones in her eyes mix with the blue to make green. That's just my logic though. ^^;
