I'm confused, sometimes I see norways' curly hair on the right (near his clip) , sometimes on the left...
umm, where is it placed exactly??

Lol! Hmm... I'm not sure, but I think it kind of.. just floats around his hair. It's always flying next to hsi head so maybe it can change locations? Probably! Ahah, I love his little curl~! :D

I love it too now, since now I know its detached and just floats following his head, though I noticed that there's also a floating circle near his curl? •o• (in the extra episode of the anime)

Yeah! It's also there in the manga. At first I thought Hima-papa's pen had slipped, but then I noticed it was also there.

So I kind of starting thinking of Norway's head as the Sun, all massive, and then the curl is the Earth with the little moon dot~! X3

I can just imagine a world of little tiny Norway's living there, all with their blank cute face and little curls and dots of their own~! They'd probably wonder if there's life on the moon (dot) and suddenly there'd be tiny rockets flying around Norway's head~!

Hima-papa mostly put hair bangs', hats', and idiot hairs' locations based on the angles, so Norway's (floating) hair curl goes left or right. :/

Yes, it's floating. I think it's on his right side when you directly look at him, a bit more in the back. But as some people already said, it probably can float everywhere...

My theory is, that it's in the middle of the back of his head.
So it depends on the perspective.
