Can someone please explain to me who Parallel America, Parallel France 23, Parallel Spain, and other Parallel nations are?

I've been wondering about that myself, actually ^^' I've never heard of them but I kind of dropped out of Fandom for a while so I may have missed something... Hope someone who knows comes along and explains it! =)

I believe they're referring to the parallel nations that appeared in the 2010 Christmas bloodbath (http://www.horror-vacui.net/hetarchive/scanlation/shorts/hetastreeeem/).

Yes, they are the Parallel Nations from a Parallel universe from the last Christmas Bloodbath.

(And France 23 is a pun, because Japanese 2 = ni, 3 = san, France-nii-san, haha.)
