The request was "fashionable Romano!" or something like that. (カッコいい means pleasant to look at or fashionable or smart(as in well-dressed) says the translator. And dandy, apparently. So there are a few ways that could have been read, I guess.)
"Romano did his best."
(I guess he's not as fashionably inclined as his brother.)

"Please draw an alpaca and a baby seal!"

Or something like those. It didn't come out like nonsense, so I'm sure it's passable.
