Um, as I said above, I voted for the doujinshi with the French name (I'm on a phone, so I can't copy-paste it), but I would really like to second that Italy/Japan or Italy topping one... Since you don't have that, I thought I should ask... Do you have anything at all with Cuba? I've only ever found one doujinshi with him in it...

If not, I'll understand. Thought it was worth a shot, though.

I have one where it's Austria x Hungary x Prussia (he makes an appearance at the end, but without spoiling it too much, Prussia looks like he has some unrequited love.)

Nyankochan de miru!! has Prussia in it (as a cat and a human)

And my new doujinshi I recently got has Prussia dressed up in a Britannia Angel outfit but it's a brief appearance.

Yes, as I wrote before, both scans and a scanlation of the first doujinshi already float around here somewhere. Of course it would be awesome if you rescanned it since there's obviously demand for the scans, but I thought I'd let you know since scanning doujinshi often means you have to bend the book in a very... painful way.
