Special One Coin Figures?

Sorry if this isn't allowed mods, feel free to delete if it isn't.

But does anyone know where I can get the Special One coin figures? And what kinds there are? Is there a full set of specials for the first round?

Failing that, does anyone have some for sale? Specifically, France, Russia (if it exists) and China (if it exists)?

Sometimes you can find them on the community for sale. Y!Japan Auctions has them but you either need a shopping service or try to get into a group order for it. I haven't seen them on Mandarake and I don't recall eBay having them.
Right now the full set hasn't been released. From what I've been told you receive them if you preorder the dvds from animate and mail something in. Like certain figures go with certain dvds. I do know Italy, Germany, Japan, England, America, and France have been released so far. And from what I can tell it took a while for the America and France to be released, since I've seen Italy-England floating around for a bit. And how long it'll take for Russia and China for even if they do box 2, I have no clue.

I hope this helps somewhat. And if anybody can clarify anything or correct it please do!

There is not a full set of specials out. Like others have posted you can find them either here or on Y!Japan auctions.
China and Russia have just had their images released. Italy, Germany, Japan, England, America and France are already out.
One of my friends plans to sell a few of them on the comm sometime... so I'm sure you can still find them on the comm or hetalia_sell. They are usually priced more expensively than the regular One Coins.
