Another cosplay question

So I will be a first time cosplayer and I wanted to cosplay Belgium. I looked online for her uniform but all they had is the blue dress so I thought about making it myself. Do you guys know where I can find a uniform jacket? Any advice is much appreciated ^^

Have you tried looking in a thrift store for your cosplay needs?
I found my China and England cosplay at one.

Thrift stores are your best friend. :) You can find a lot at them.

If you are going for a tan one, look for a Spain cosplay. The basic pieces, being the jacket and pants, are the same. You just need to get all the things that make it unique to her~. My friend did that and it worked well.
