I have no idea who she is but she's pretty... (Maybe Seychelles? Sujanta from Chibisan Date? Someone else? I have no idea)

EDIT2: Okay, it looks like Himaruya has replaced this sketch with a picture of Liechtenstein. Okey Dokey Then. (Its a conspiracy thats the only explanation.)

I really love how Liechtenstein's braids look more natural now. *o* I also love how he was experimenting with colors again! She looks beautiful. <3 I also love dresses that only go to the elbows, how adorable. ;-; Himaruya must be practicing braids! Does that mean we might get some curly bobcuts in the future?

That sketch up there fascinates me though. She is a kind of pigtailed girl I like, and especially her adorable outfit. I kind of wish she was a Sri Lanka now too. Although, she has been drawn out a few times... I wonder who she could be.

that first girl...i can't tell which region its from. it kinda looks central european but with the shoes and scarf, perhaps even south asian. there are way too many pigtail characters ^^

...I don't know, but she IS pretty! I hope she might be another nation-tan, too, but...she looks so FAMILIAR...

also wtf I check the kitayume gallery all the time and I'm not finding pictures of her 'til just now! Were they recently added??

Anyway, I think she looks a heck-of-a-lot like Nagasaki. (I think that's the name of the prefecture with long pigtails, right?) the only difference though is that Nagasaki doesn't have Hair decs. If they're missing then it MUST be a new character! *shot* Hima-papa I love you so much but I wish you didn't only draw 6 faces, maybe less 'cause I get so confused;;;

Anyway, thanks for sharing this, I wouldn't have known about her if not for this post : D
