I have no idea who she is but she's pretty... (Maybe Seychelles? Sujanta from Chibisan Date? Someone else? I have no idea)

EDIT: A friend on twitter just pointed out to me that he's drawn her before. Is she a character from another series? :/ (http://www.kitayume7.com/gallery/?no=10&view=98 and http://www.kitayume7.com/gallery/?no=2&view=70)

EDIT2: Okay, it looks like Himaruya has replaced this sketch with a picture of Liechtenstein. Okey Dokey Then. (Its a conspiracy thats the only explanation.)

I thought so at first as well - but Seychelles pigtails are shorter, more wavy and she's got that characteristic face... this doesn't look like it.

It might be that one character from his other manga, Chibi Date-san, but... I don't think the dress fits its timeline...

I think the above comment with the picture of the prefectures is correct; that girl definitely has the same design as Nagasaki (although why would he draw her?).

And pretty Liechtenstein is pretty *A*
